malaise got nerfed?
it now functions that you give enemy -2 nrg degen and you suffer -2 hp degen
i could have sworn it used to be that you give enemy -2 nrg AND -2 hp degen while you suffer -2 hp degen anyone know if this used to be the case? just trying to make sure i didnt lose my mind |
